Albralelie is an incredibly gifted MnK aimer who needs another chance to truly shine. I don't think even co-IGLing will work, at least not right now. ![]() If Mac isn't gonna be an IGL, he's got to let go of control of calls. Synergy and control have been Alb's problems in my opinion. Team's live and die as a unit, it's the reason you see huge success throughout the APAC-N region and with really offensive teams such as Aurora and Fire Beavers. Here's what I think Mac needs to change in his mindset. I want to make it clear that I'm not saying that's how things should be, but that's my theory on Alb's success. You stand on the left and must strategically lob bombs across the screen at your your standing enemies. The gameplay in Fragger HD is not dissimilar to that of Angry Birds. Fragger HD is a fun game which challenges your ability to throw bombs at targets. This lead to a lot of fighting, which ended with Albralelie leaving, but for the first 16 months this team dominated because Hal could keep his top fragger in check. Wreak destruction in this fun bomb-chucking game. ![]() ![]() We all enjoy making fun of Hal yelling at his teammates, and there's certainly more healthy ways to guide a team mentally, the reality is that Hal demands respect and has a very commanding personality. Noc and Zach couldn't successfully break the shell, Hal could. Why? Albralelie has a pretty strong mind, and can be very hard-headed (for better or worse). Why?Īgain, ignoring the previous other factors leading to early TSM success, I believe Imperialhal was the most successful IGL at leading Albralelie. Outside of many other factors (one of the first well-organized rosters, Hal's early metagame understanding inherited from H1, Reps/Alb/Hal combined mechanical skill, etc.), Albralelie saw the most success under TSM as compared to his time on TL, C9, and FaZe.
